Do I need to arrive early?

We recommend arriving about 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment to check in, unwind and relax before your treatment begins.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment, so we can adjust our schedule and help you avoid fees.

Can I choose who does my service?

Yes. You are welcome to request a specific esthetician or therapist when booking. If you don't have a preference, we will match you with the team member best suited to your treatment and goals.
